I called before even picking your location to make sure they excepted my dad’s insurance. Then also asked about scheduling an appointment and the person said they didn’t have appointments. But a friend told me you can schedule appointments on line- which is what I did. So I was a little confused about that. But overall- everything was great- wait time, staff, office, just everything. Will definitely chose this location and site again.

My daughter recommended I go there cuz it takes a while to get an appointment at your normal doctor and we got one Within 15 minutes of her calling for me it was great that's how I got there they did my intake and they called me back right away. Their place was clean, nice, and efficient, don't want to forget about mentioning their friendly staff.

Never disappointed in how well we are taken care of. I do appreciate how if you are obviously very sick……you move to the front of the line.

I have a higher copay when I go to Aspire however it’s worth it. Dr White is amazing

I presented at Aspire with a medical emergency that the clinician felt would be better handled in the hospital E.D.  She notified the hospital that I was en route and I was seen right away in the E.D.  I’m so impressed with Aspire every time I need their services. Highly recommend Aspire urgent care!

Wait time was very short today. My doctor explained things, didn't rush through our time together and was very caring. Her name was Marisa and she gets a 5 from me. Did not have appt but was a walk-in.

Scheduling was easy. Actually showed up early and they were able to take me. Julie is very professional and personable. I saw her twice in two weeks for different issues. Both times I followed her directions and the health issues cleared up.

Had a  UTI and was happy for the quick appt.  Wait time was less than ten minutes   Everyone was friendly and helpful, and answered all questions  we had.     Our visit was satisfactory in all respects.  We call Aspire for all our Urgent Care appts.

Scheduling an appt on line for a bad sore throat was easy and we were able to be see the same day. Marissa has an excellent bedside manner and is a professional diagnostician. We will be back to Aspire even tho we live across the river.  Thank you!

Made an appt early in morning. I was able to get an.11:15 appt. I arrived about 10 mins prior to scheduled appt. Waiting room was pretty crowded and only got worse as I waited. In fact the other room had to be opened. I got called back around 12:45. Apparently scheduling an appt ahead of times doesn't mean anything. Patients were seen based on arrival with or without appt. However, once I did see doctor my experience was GREAT!!!!
