I made an appointment for 11am. Check in and in waiting room by 10:50. I was there for 2hours before being seen.  I marked poorly for cleanliness because there was a person in the waiting room with a real live snake! She went back with the person she was waiting with, saw the doctor and then left with the snake coiled around her arm and wrist. She wasn’t a patient, she was there with a friend. Everyone was shocked that this was allowed to happen! And the girl just looked at all of us and laughed.

Returned to APUC last Friday as recommended from previous visit if I still had my cough & other symptoms. Minar & other staff took a chest x ray and definitely came back with a positive result for walking pneumonia. Had I not followed this team’s advice, I would’ve missed this serious illness. Caught early & treated immediately, I am feeling much better. Thank You 🙏🏼

This is the second time I’ve been to this urgent care. Both times there is either no one or only one person in the waiting room but I ended up waiting almost 45 min to be seen. No point in having an appt. Also, the prescription was put into the wrong pharmacy initially (one on the other side of the city) and when I went to pick it up at the correct pharmacy, I couldn’t use insurance since it was already filled at another. Convenient location but won’t return.

Doctor was very helpful and courteous without being engraciating.

Everyone was nice and professional. I didn’t wait long at all. There was a guy at the front, he was nice. Ladies in the back was nice, including the doctor: I wish I had names, but everyone was excellent.

It was kind of urgent need.  Waiting time was more than 30 min to be seen  Staff were friendly n explained the findings briefly Yes am willing to recommend to my friends n family

I am extremely allergic to spiders and ants and I always go to Atlanta plus urgent care. It really is excellent no matter the PA the person who checks my vitals and the person who checks me in . the staff is good and I always feel like I’m listened to. I’m really quite dependent on them given my allergies and that I live in the country, so thank you folks.

The doctor I had was so great! He listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions. Very friendly staff as well.

PA Payal Brahmbhatt was extremely dismissive of my concerns throughout the appointment. She never attempted to understand what was going on, instead she sent me home with a very strong antibiotic without doing ANY testing.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The quality of my treatment was good. However, the wait times were long. I was there for two hours. 45 minutes to get the results of my x-ray.
