Excellent service and extremely thorough with medical past history and medication list. Did and excellent job on explaining information so I could understand.

Great staff team and clean, great service and no wait time. But even with all my symptoms there is no name for the virus I'm walking around with. Covid and strep negative but no name for my symptoms. The CDC needs to do a better job and keep the medical facility up to date with the various strains of viruses so we can get a better accurate diagnosis

The Nurse Practitioner there is so kind and understanding.

Nurses were friendly and very knowledgeable. Easy checkin and no long wait.

Facility is clean, people were nice but I believe I was mid diagnosed. I stabbed myself in the hand two years ago and when it healed it / didn’t heal all the way it’s been hurting ever since. I came in so they could clean the area out check to make sure there was no object that went into it and the provider just stated it was a callous. I had two providers virtually and one in person who stated they thought it needed to be cleaned out. I called the provider back and asked if they could  clean the wound out and they stated no they think it’s a callous and they could do an xray. I work for medical insurance and I just think that’s a way to run up the bill instead of just treating my hand. Very upset about the experience. The provider also gave me 3 references for providers I could go see outside of them and every provider I called stated they could not help with my hand issue. I’d like a call from an office manager if possible.   I would not recommend from this experience.

This was my first time I came to this facility, but I am glad I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean. My wait time was very surprising quick. I will be recommending all my family and friends to go here. Thanks to all the staff that waiting on me. I booked my appointment online

The worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. The doctor was dismissive of what my symptoms were. Also she acted like I was lying or making up the way I was feeling.
