I went today to be seen. The only thing that was done was my weight, blood pressure and they listened to my heart rate. There was no examination done for the complaints I came in with. I was told that I had to go back to see my gyn without them even doing an exam themselves. I was basically charged a copayment for them checking my weight and blood pressure.

I came in for a rather personal reason. One that is unfortunately still highly stigmatized in our society. The care I received was anything but. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I felt cared about and supported. The bedside manner (especially from the doctor) was top notch. She helped relieve my anxiety regarding my reason for being there, offered excellent advice, and I could tell that she cared about me.

I made an appointment online and showed up before and filled out a for, the wait time was only a few minutes (not too busy). Elizabeth took my vitals, asked questions, EKG, drew blood, etc. and it was all fine. She is very nice and friendly so I felt at ease.

Waiting time was too long just to be seen by the doctor in 5 minutes

I made an appointment online (recommend) and was seen on time and Dr. Patel confirmed my self diagnosis, gave me a nebulizer treatment in the office, got X-Rays and prescriptions called in. Everyone was friendly and helpful, not too many people waiting, Dr. Patel gave sound advice and I was feeling better when I departed.

I booked my appointment online at 5:30pm and yes I was couple of minutes late but they were fast to check me in, the front desk ladies are very nice and the nurse who check my vitals was super nice with me and the physician Harris was great! Compare to a regular doctor

I went in with an ankle fracture. I’m very petite and they put a very heavy boot on up to my knee. The weight of the apparatus broke the bone all the way in half by day 3. I have a pain management doctor, but I was hurting so badly I forgot to list it. Dr. Patel berated me to the point of tears telling me he could’ve lost his job. I told him I wouldn’t have accepted narcotics from him because I’ve signed a contract with pain management. That just made his manner worse. I will never go back there and I’ll make sure everyone I know has this information. The rest of the staff was amazing!
