Bilal gave me my shot. It felt as though he didn’t have much experience doing this. The shot hurt way more than it was supposed to, and I told him this. I’ve had this shot before and it never hurt like that. Also, Bilal and Shona (the lady from Guyana) did not tell me their names upon entering my exam room. I had to ask both of them their names. I’m aware that medical staff persons should always provide their names to make patient experiences personable. The Asian looking lady at the front desk was very kind though, and she made me feel welcomed. Dr. K had good bedside manner. It would help if you trained your other staff to be more personable and provide their names, and wear name tags.

Overall, I was able to get the care I needed on short notice, and on a Sunday. Staff were helpful, cost was fair. As far as walk-in/urgent care clinics go, I’d recommend this place.

I have been feeling a bit ill for a couple of days, so I decided to visit Atlanta Urgent Care. It was the best decision I made regarding my road to recovery. Just dissatisfied with rush of evaluation. They DID NOT EVEN HAVE TGE RIGHT SIZE BP CUFF. Attending physician made several wide observations such as eyes abnormal. My medical history most recent years have no such notations. In the very short time he spent with me, he sure found out a lot. Notes or whatever given said l had no medication when l personally handed nurse my prepared list and she commended me on being prepared. They claim it was missing because of rush to give mw notes. BIG LIE. I NEVER RUSHED ANYONE.

My 17-year-oldgrandson needed to get his ear checked. The receptionist was very kind, knowledgeable on self-pay pricing and very accurate about the wait time. When we got there, the self check in was very efficient with a scan of a barcode and fill out everything digitally. We didn’t wait too long. The doctors aid were very kind and the doctor herself this patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and to the point. The doctor also helped us fine. The prescriptions at a lower price on our phone, which was awesome. Thank you all

Everyone was super friendly and the wait time was the fastest I've experienced at an urgent care facility. The doctor got me on a path to recovery quickly and addressed all of my questions and concerns with care. I was in so much pain coming into the office - the urgent care team made what could have been an awful experience, a pleasant one. Thank you!

Very fast. But when I was answered the questions asked about the reason of my visit.  Everyone just laughed at me.  Front desk and 2 nurses.  Laughed at my condition
