Smashed finger in car door. Concerned over the swelling of hematoma.  Prompt and courteous from entry to check in to nurse meeting for vitals. The physician was masked and offered a warm greeting and brief discussed my injury to giving me guidance to over the counter meds and cleaning. I would recommend for any health concerns in my community.

Everything was great, except the first teqnician that saw me. She called me from the waiting room, I didn’t hear her because I have hearing loss and she seemed irritated when I stood up, apologized to her and said that I had hearing difficulties.  She did not respond. This was extremely rude & made me feel uncomfortable.  When she walked me into the room, she seemed like she did not want to be at work. She took my vitals & did not tell me how they were.  I had to ask her. But other than her, the rest of the staff was great, especially the doctor!
