I saw a rash on my abdomen on Friday and on Saturday decided to go to urgent care because I thought it might be shingles. I was correct. I didn’t schedule an appointment. I just walked in. My wait time was reasonable and my visit was very pleasant with the APN Kelly. All staff were very nice and pleasant.

My daughter was c/o inner ear pain and had a cough. Appointment booking was easy and wait time wasn’t long. All staff very friendly. The NP Kelly was very friendly and attentive and not only took my call the following day when I had a question, but she also called us back right away with the X-Ray results. Will definitely recommend!

sick for over a week, listened to my family , I thought that it was going to take forever but they took care of me in 10 minutes. The the nurse was great! Then went to see the Doctor and she was fantastic. Gave me good information, got a xray & medication. The ladies in the front desk were so nice. Yes I am recommending the provider!!

I Brought my daughter in with a fever and flu symptoms. I did not have  an appointment as her fever was so high we wanted her seen urgently. Wait time was not bad, but the communication once we saw the doctor was very confusing. She tested positive for flu, there was no clear timeline on when she would be approved to go back to school, both the doctor and front desk receptionist joked about not knowing what day it was.  I take this as very unprofessional.
