I had a terrible headache and sore throat  I walked in without appointment   I waited 35 minutes to see the nurse and waited to find out the results of Covid. I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner and I am happy with the whole procedure.

Desk staff was able to get me all sorted and set for the system with what was needed for my first time visit to this office. i had arrived early just to be sure i made it with time but the place was quite empty that they were able to get me in early as well that morning. Nurse taking the vitals was thorough and understanding when i showed my arm to explain why i was there. the doctor handling me was confident with her diagnosis of my issue and was able to get prescriptions to my pharmacy for filling. while i have my own primary for issues, since this was more crucial and needed to be looked at more quickly than i could've scheduled with my primary, i was happy with the care taken.

I went and on a Tuesday my throat was swollen and nose was stuffy. The Doctor was nice didn’t have a problem with him but the intake person didn’t want to be there. She wasn’t pleasant at all. The nurse/medical assistant that role my strep and covid test didn’t know what she was doing. She didn’t even swab my throat for strep. She didn’t even swab my nose for the COVID test. I paid $45 for NOTHING! I will never go back there again!

I came for a drug test the service was super fast . The person that handle my paperwork at the desk was attentive to my care, even though I forgot to ask for her name she is kind of young. I came in the evening close to the closing time.  It is a blessing  to have a place like this for us. Keep up the good work.

Customer service was poor: The person at the  front desk was, unpleasant, and unfriendly.   After seeing the dr I was told to go in the waiting area,  at the end of my visit I was not told  the visit was completed and I could leave.  I sat waiting for a while, I had to get up to  ask about my medication and if i could leave.  Her attitude indicated as if she did not want to be there.

I booked an appt. Thursday night for Friday morning.  Was tested for Covid and flu and found out that I have type A flu.  Glad I went there.  I never had flu in my entire life.  My mom is 76 and she got it from me.  I hope she doesn’t die.  Thanks for detecting this.  The primary care doctor on call gave her flu meds this morning.  Thanks to all!  I would recommend this provider.
