From scheduling my appointment through the app to me leaving the building I was met with smooth booking process, kind courteous personalities, surrounded in a clean environment led by a very professional informative medical team. Tracy as well as Dr. Gursharanjit were more than happy to answer any of my questions and kept me informed through every step of the process. Will recommend strongly!

Scheduled an appointment online and the Max I waited was 5 minutes.  Very quick. The nurse was very nice and very attentive.  The I met with the physician assistant and she was wonderful. Diagnosed me right await after looking in my ear. They were both very professional and very very nice. Will definitely recommend this place to other people.  I give the 5+⭐️

Checking in was unacceptable. 2 patients that walked in after were seen before me which was completely unfair. It is bad enough feeling sick hence the reason why we’re at the urgent care but having to sit there and watch 2 patients that came in after me to get called in to see the nurse before me was completely unfair. It added an extra 1/2 hour to my visit which is unacceptable.

They gave me a doctors note that had missed spelled words and didn’t have a return to school date on it. Also the Dr didn’t even check my child. Front desk lady was rude and wasn’t smiling. She seemed like she didnt want to work. This will be my last time going to that offi e as the staff and dr were rude: the Medical Assistant was the nicest person in the office.

I had an appointment for 5:15, yet waited for almost two hours just to be seen by the provider. The doctor who saw me and the lady who called my name were both very nice and pleasant to talk to. However, the front desk was very rude, not just to me, but also to the other patients who were waiting in the lobby. She had a nasty attitude and had the audacity to talk badly to patients that had just seen them, knowing that there are other people in the lobby who could loudly hear them.

Trying to check in online was a little difficult it kept reverting back to my child that I brought a few months back. I then called and was told I could walk in, but there’s five people there. I got there five minutes later there was nobody there. I tried to pay in cash, my co-pay, but they do not accept cash only card. The medical assistant was very nice and professional. When the PA came in to give me my results, she asked if I was vaccinated. I did say yes for flu. No current Covid. The issues I was having I thought should have been looked at with the light. But after saying, I was not vaccinated for Covid currently I felt like she did not want to come near me. I had to ask her to please look at my ears and in my throat. She decided to do a panel to send out.   I will not be returning to this urgent care or bringing my family there.
