Upon arrival, the check-in process took significantly longer than expected—about 10-15 minutes longer than other patients who arrived after me and were checked in before me. The check-in agent explained that she was attempting to run my insurance, which seemed unusual, as I have visited your facility previously and never encountered any issues with insurance claims or out-of-pocket expenses. Once I was seen by the doctor, the experience was equally disappointing. He introduced himself before fully entering the room, which felt rushed and impersonal. Throughout the examination, his demeanor was standoffish and he barely touched me with the stethoscope. There was no effort to engage with me or show empathy regarding my symptoms or concerns, leaving me feeling unheard and disconnected from the care process. I understand that urgent care visits can be fast-paced, but I believe that a more compassionate and thorough approach is necessary for quality patient care. I hope this feedback can help improve both the check-in process and patient interactions in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I made 2 appointments for my son and I After the long wait I had to leave so I only had my son checked. The Dr was amazing and patient with my son. I arrived at 12;10 and was seen a 1:38 . There was only 2 people ahead of us I followed it online just to be sure. I love coming here but I truly hate how long the wait is.

It didn't take long for them to attend to us or  did not take long for us to wait for the doctor. Thank you very much for your prompt attention.

I was told I do not have an ear infection yet I’ve had chronic ear infections for over 30 years. I’m leaving Saturday for Las Vegas for a funeral and I’m dreading getting on a plane without an antibiotic. Sometimes you know your own body better than others. The pain in my ear is excruciating. I really need an antibiotic I guess I have to go to another doctor. Not happy to many days in pain with this ear ache.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff at this facility. The receptionist, nurse and doctor diagnosed and treated me for my condition with respect and concern for my wellbeing. I highly recommend the Atlantic Health urgent center on Rt 46 in Rockaway!

Scheduled an appointment for daughter who was sick. We like to there, but the front desk is consistently unprofessional every single time. It was three young girls that were busy chatting and gossiping. They act annoyed to be interrupted to check you in. They were showing each other pictures on their phones and talking about who they blocked on social media. Not very professional or reassuring in a medical setting.  Everything else was great once we got called back.

My daughter 9 years  has Influenza B and she had a horrible night with cough I called them and walked in . They are amazing in every way 👍🏻

Congestion and a nasty cough.   It was very easy to schedule the appointment on line.  Once the the facility it was a smooth transition from start to finish.  The nurse was very attentive and thorough.  The doctor as well was very thorough and asked questions and listened to my questions as well.  I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
