The biggest issue was by far the wait. I got into a room near the time I had scheduled, but then it took approximately 50-55 minutes for any other human contact. An estimated wait time or some feedback such as “Hey, we haven’t forgotten about you” would be nice. I understand that this is an urgent care, and service at them is generally not great across the board, but there are some places that keep you better informed or apprised.

Excellent caregivers.   Caring NP. They listen and never grow tired of seeing me there for frequent UTI’s.

I received great care and my condition was very well explained

The bedside manner of the RN and medical assistant was nothing short of amazing! My five year old was nervous about getting a vaccination but due to the care and support of the bedside nurse and assistant, she felt at ease. Unfortunately my experience with the scheduling staff did not reflect the same courtesy and welcoming. I have some concerns but I’ll reserve my thoughts about the encounter with the front desk.

Though I made an appointment for the next day, I still had to wait 1-1/2 hours to be seen. I should be happy that I was able to get an appointment so soon, I didn't see the point of making one since I still had to wait so long.

Was told an hour and a half to two hour wait time. It took three and a half hours. My daughter spent most of that time in their bathroom throwing up. It was a horrible experience and i won't be back.

A walk in at Urgent.   Care Alantic. Health.  Sign in little before 12pm. I was told could 2 hours wait or. Less.  I stay because I wasn’t feeling good. With flu like symptoms.   2pm came and went no response from desk. So ask.  What’s wrong.  Will it be much longer?? Receptionist told me    I was next. About 230pm.   Finally was called in at.      4.00pm.  Really is urgent care.  Take that off the sign.  I voice my displeasure with the attending Nurse Practitioner. She totally understood.   She was the only Doctor on site. Really      More techs than Doctors.  This is not the way to run  urgent care facilities.  With the Name. Alantic Health. While waiting in the 4 hours waiting. Must have been 10 -12 patients come in for care. Only to turn around and walk out.  I will say. The Doctor and staff were nice and respectful.   I know Alantic Health is better than this.    If not  these pop up care center will fold.                      Thank you

Hand pain and swelling in right hand, right ring finger. X-rays showed no fractures. Finger was splinted.

I understand it was very busy and I was seen as soon as possible. My wait time was at least 2 hours. The professional care was excellent. I was seen by PA Christine Cottrl, who is excellent. I am also a medical professional so I am evaluating her as a wonderful example of a caregiver. I would definitely recommend her. I heard her also speak to other patients with follow up reports and she was great.
