Waited about 2 hours. Doctor did not do a thorough job at all. Only listened to his lungs and said to take mucinex. She did not look in his ears or throat at all, o ly listened to his lungs. Child has gotten progressively worse and likely needs antibiotics. Our neighbors were also being seen that day for different symptoms and was also told to take mucinex......perhaps the doctor is not trained well enough to provide adequate care or has stock in mucinex. Definitely below part service from the practicioner. Office staff was nice and helpful but that doctor, I question whether they are actually a doctor. It's standard to do a full exam especially on a sick child and we did not get that.

Everything was very good, as usual here. Also, Danielle was kind enough to call me after I left to tell me one more thing that she wanted me to know about my treatment, which was very thoughtful of her.

Given the wait time which is understood since I was a walk in. The staff at check in was kind, the care was optimal and everyone was caring on the way out. All in all a good experience.

My daughter wasn’t feeling well so I brought her into the office. We were greeted by Candi who was very thorough and got her registered quickly. The med techs and Rn were wonderful and Danielle took great care of my daughter. She was even able to swab her throat without throwing up. The entire experience was A+++. Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone was very thorough and kind. Scheduling, staff and care were all very good. Bedside manner was excellent. Yes, I would recommend to others. Perhaps you are a bit understaffed because the wait was long.

Check-in and wait time was easy. This isn’t an ideal place to take a toddler but we had limited options at 7pm on a Saturday night. The NP wasn’t very thorough and didn’t show much aptitude in assessing younger kids. I had to outright ask for certain tests to be performed so that we could determine a diagnosis. She also said that there are no over counter medicine for kids under the age of 10 which is just false. One test result came back within 5 mins and the other she said “24 hours” which was going to determine whether or not my son needed antibiotics. I got not results by 36 hours and I called for an update and they said “by the next morning”. When the results came in the next morning, it said the test was not performed because the specimen was at room temperature when received. Nobody called me about this… I had to call them to ask about it and nobody took responsibility for the test not being performed. So overall, my child didn’t have strep but otherwise they made no diagnosis. Overall not a great experience.

My first visit was fine and the doctor was helpful. Staff in the reception area seem like they need to go back and brush up on their social skills. Second trip back a week later was a total disaster very unprofessional and the two elder women in the reception area were the worse when I asked to get an updated doctors note for Workmans compensation. The staff wouldn’t help and I then was told by my Workmans compensation to go to another urgent care center. Which when I did I was treated very kindly and they apologized for Atlantic Health’s inadequacies. Sad.

My experience (except for the hour wait) was wonderful with Dr.Jared Smith. He was knowledgeable, attentive and caring and I would highly recommend him. The nurse and receptionist were lovely as well.

Staff was courteous and kind, check-in was solid, scheduling was easy, and care received was “good.” I will return in the future.
