This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

I called after eight, which was when the center supposedly opened. I was told I could come right in. Was a little after nine and found the doors locked. I called again and spoke to the Doctor Who said some of the staff was not yet in but they open the door and checked me in, and I had to wait a little bit until the staff is going to be able to process my paperwork   Once that happen everything else was fine. I was in and out quickly, but I was disturbed by the fact that ours said 8 o’clock and this after nine when they opened.

Wait time was extremely long just to get to the back and wait another hour. Come to find out they forgot I was in the room waiting to be seen. When someone finally came to tend to me it was rushed seen in under 5 minutes by this time I guess they were rushing to close up for the day. The receptionist also forgot to give me back my drivers license and insurance card I realized I didn’t have it half way back home drove back and they were closed. I was lucky enough to get inside the building because I caught someone coming out receptionist was gone all the lights were out but my license and insurance card was sitting behind the desk an employee that was finishing up was nice enough to look for it for me just terrible! Would NOT recommend this place at all!

I layed down on Sunday & Monday evening with my right ear stopped up and hurting along with chest pains both nights with repeated spinning/dizziness laying in bed.  On Tuesday went to the Atlantic Health Emergency Care on Rt. 22 - & was taken in soon after my arrival, was welcomed & treated with professionalism throughout my intake & testing, the Staff & Treating Physician Dr. N. Johnson were very nice & the Dr. did EKG & explained the slight abnormality concern in my test & suggested to take a copy to my Primary Doctor & prescribed Meclizine to be for the dizziness & said if I had any repeated symptoms to immediately go to the Hospital Emergency Room.
