What patients are saying...

The doctor that saw me yesterday was very n8ce and professional. Front desk was so, so, kindness was not on her... but the worst was the nurce... the nurse had manners and a type of behavior I never saw at any professional place, essentially at a health care place! While I was on the waiting room she came to the main door, not sure if she was trying to close the door or braking it. Her attitude walking around was like she was the queen at that place, arrogant in manners. Still while waiting we heard someone burbing so loud that the patient that came after me was doing the check in and asked her husband *was it you?!* was not her busband but the nurse inside the room. When she called me to the nurse room, while doing my triage she was with an attitude that I thought to leave the place and go somewhere else. Kicking the doors to close it, instead of closing them with manners... If she was not under drugs she looked like... it is an unacceptable behavior from anyone and anywhere... but going to a health care place, sick, and find a behavior like this one, not acceptable!!! The place was very nice when it was MedExpress... not a pleasure experience yesterday night, at all.

Here's a short review: "I had a very good experience at my recent appointment! The doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly address all my concerns. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch medical care.  I would recommend you clinic.

Dr. McCoy said I had no sign or wheezing or blocked sinuses, despite having to come in due to a severe cough with mucus and blood, blocked nasal passages, inability to breathe through the nose, and sneezing. No conclusion and the practice relies on lab results that take 2-3 days to process — by that time my condition could’ve gotten worse! I went to an another doctor to get a second opinion and they said I have rhinitis.  I left my appointment with Dr. McCoy untreated and feeling gaslit.

Walked in and waited about 1 hr. Reception and nurse were very nice. Nurse took a test for strep. When Dr came in he said test was negative. Checked my breathing and lymph nodes said the left was a little swollen and throat a little red. Said gargle with warm salt water and take Tylenol. I asked if it Could be contagious and he said maybe Told me to see my Dr in 2 days. So my question is what can my Dr do that this Dr. could not!!  What was the point of going?!  Very disappointed!!!

Reason for my visit was double pink eye and sinus infection. All staff were friendly. I'm a natural nervous person when it some to drs visits and when I told them about my White Coat Syndrome they were understanding of it. Nurse and Dr answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

I went in to been seen they did a rapid Covid test for me but I wanted to see the doctor. A doctor passed by and did a quick analysis on me and saw that I needed med for something personal she said she was gonna prescribe me something but she never did. I left the office confused and irritated. Because even the front desk girl told me to call in when I asked her to make an appointment for me to see the doctor.

The wait time was ridiculous especially since there was no one was there. Registration immediately then sat  and waited 40 minutes to put in room. Another 20 minutes dr came in. Dr was great. She listened to my concerns and examined me and I was on my way .
