I did a walk in visit and did not have too long of a wait. I had a head cold for two weeks and suspected it had moved into one of my lungs. The staff was friendly, respectful, kind, and professional. I was assessed and checked for the flu and Covid, then seen by a doctor. Pleased to say I was okay. I appreciated the ease of being seen in a timely manner and the cleanliness of the office especially during a high illness time of the year. I would recommend this Atlantic Health Urgent Care Center.

A Very good experience 1st time.. no wait.. Checkin staff and Doctor were excellent, friendly and caring..

Walked in without an appointment, I had to fill out paperwork. As I was filling it out a lady walked in and had done her paperwork online. She was almost immediately taken in to see the nurse. Once I completed the paperwork I was seen by a nurse very quickly. The nurse was great, I went to wait for the doctor. I was told test results for flu and strep would take 10 mins. I don’t even think it was 5, the doctor came in and was so good. He covered all bases leaving me without any questions. Very happy with my visit

Easy check in, helpful and professional staff, wonderful care

After a few days of feeling ill, I decided to take action. Couldn’t get an appt with my internist for today ( so busy) that I decided on Immediate Care. Great decision Was a quick visit, thorough and got a diagnosis! Very pleased and am taking my meds and a nap, too. Right now. Thank you.

The ease of getting an appt. was amazing. Once I arrived, check in was immediate and I was seen very shortly afterwards. Staff and dr. were very gracious and caring as well as personable and professional. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. A very positive experience

Thought I had sinus infection. All checked out. Doctor and staff are very efficient.

We were tested for influenza which was negative and based on symptoms prescribed an antibiotic and cough medicine. I asked if the flu test also covered Covid. The answer was no but if we would like to be tested for Covid we could which we agreed to. As it turned out the Covid test was positive which then changed the course of treatment. I believe that with all the different variants out there both tests should have been done in order to prescribe the correct treatment rather than ASSUME !

Everyone was very friendly from the check in staff to the nurse to the doctor. They didn’t make the appointment feel rushed and took their time to answer all of my questions. The waiting room and exam room were very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.  I definitely recommend!
