I scheduled at 9:15 am from Solv app, but the staff told me scheduling doesn't count, because the facility is walk in only. I waited over an hour before the doctor could see me. The doctor was good but the entire scheduling app is a joke. If Solv app online schedule doesn't count, why we use it?
