Bring your Priest. This way he can perform the last rights after you see Dr. Thacker. Horrible experience. The witch doctor on Gilligan's Island with his rattles and beads would have been better. Do not go to this place. I highly recommend you go elsewhere like City MD - Manahawkin.

This was by far the worst medical care I have ever received. I was suffering from food poisoning. I went in with a high fever and high blood pressure, which are normal for food poisoning. they were informed it wasn't Covid because I had just received a negative test for that. I was seen by the doctor who became hysterical, and kept repeating to herself, this is really bad, really high fever. She then told me I had to go to the ER and get bloodwork, and possibly fluids, this is very serious. She then told me to rush to the ER and "get there before I passed out". She did not call an ambulance or alert the ER I was coming. It says on their website, they have IV's on site. I get to the ER, within a half hour, my fever had gone down an entire degree, and my blood pressure was normal. There was absolutely no need for these hysterics. The ER staff told me all I needed was an IV of saline, some anti nausea meds, and some Tylenol ,and I did not need a higher level of care. A few days later I called the urgent care to complain of my treatment and because of their incompetence I was going to have to pay an exorbitant medical bill. I Even sent them my ER summary which says I was normal. The RN I spoke to told me they don't have IV's on site anymore "because of Covid". That is absolutely ridiculous. This is a medical facility, even general practitioners in private practice have IVs on site. She then goes on to tell me that her leadership team felt that it was appropriate to send me out even though within 30 minutes all my vitals were completely normal BEFORE MEDICAL CARE and there was no ownership or taken culpability for their malpractice. I told her I was never going back to this facility again, and her only consolation was having a different physician. that's not the problem, the problem is the people in charge thought it was appropriate for someone to tell me to rush to the ER when my vitals within 30 minutes were normal. Word of advice, stay far far away from his urgent care.
