I expect to wait when I come to an urgent care and this wait was not that long. I was there for a COVID booster. The staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was very caring and solicitous of my requests and concerns. Overall, the same kind of care I usually get when I visit this location.

2 hour wait limit. So I told them I would come back within the time frame. 20 min. later I received a call confirming my info. then the nurse/caretaker told me that my waiting time was 1 hour and 30 min. away. 5 min. later a nurse called and asked me to pull up. I told them they must've been confused and that I had already confirmed for my waiting time. This new nurse told me that I had to reschedule.

This was the worst experience in many, many years. If you can find somewhere else to go for health care, I urge you to do that. Because the wait time was over 2 1/2 hrs. I asked the young man behind the desk for directions to the nearest ER. He said, "Google it." I said, "Excuse me, I'm not from around here and had to get directions from the hotel to get my husband here." He said again, "Google it." I wish anyone the best if the decide to go there.
