They made me wait outside in the pouring rain to show confirmation and then again to get tested. Staff was nice but there has to be a better way.

It was great, but finding the location was definitely difficult, as it was in the back of the mall.

Your website UX is terrible. If you add something to your cart, and accidentally click away, there is no menu option to go to your cart on mobile. How did no one catch this? You try to add something again, you get an error that things can’t be added twice - fine - but how do you get to your cart?? I finally opened link in a different browser and had to very carefully make sure to go immediately to the tiny “go to cart” button before accidentally clicking away. I also had to stand outside in the heat and am just standing there with no canopy cover, with onlookers as my nose is swabbed…. The workers were very nice, no complaints there.

Bad at every stage: Used COVID PCR Test for travel: registration was confusing and didn’t accept non-US addresses or phone numbers, directions were incomplete, directions URL didn’t work, phone number was wrong, staff was late for opening facility, test report information didn’t include all information I was told it would include, no service on weekends, which is critical travel tests that have time limits, and test are expensive, $300. Much more expensive than NY, Los Angeles, Tokyo to name a few places I’ve tested.
