I just came from Advance Care Garner, and I've never experienced anything like it. The CNA was so rude even my 7 year old asked what was wrong with her, she spoke to me as if I knew her and ended the experience by slamming the door shut before mumbling something about the nurse coming in a minute. I would never expect an urgent care to employ such abrasive unpleasant staff. The experience continued with a quick check of my heartbeat and a prescription for cough syrup. It all lasted a total of 9 minutes, and for that I was charged $112. If you want to pay to be treated poorly and minimally, please feel free to go to Advance Care but if you want to be treated for your sickness go elsewhere. My poor daughter was left concerned and confused, trust me I'll never go back there again.
