Avecina at Oakleaf is our go-to medical option! I always book online, fill out all the paperwork online, and we are ready to go for our appointment/reservation. They are a big enough facility to have everything you could need in an urgent care center but small enough that I recognize the staff. Booking online is quick and easy. We’re almost always able to get in the same day, if desired. Wait times vary. If it’s earlier in the day, there’s usually no wait. But in the late morning and early afternoon, they do tend to get busier. Go early if you can! Medical staff and front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Nice facility. Clean and spacious.

Using the Solv app made the visit so much easier & faster. All paperwork & insurance completed prior to showing up. Waited less than 5 minutes. Entire visit was around 15-20 minutes. Only upsetting moment is that they cannot verify insurance on Sunday & ask that you pay for full visit. Try to get all info in day before if you can. Or be prepared to pay full amount. Staff very helpful with explaining & understanding my frustration.

This new app system is awful. Everything leads you to believe you are selecting an appointment time and then you show up and they tell you it’s a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. When I walked out I even got a text saying my appointment had been canceled even though the staff was adamant I didn’t have an appointment

Made appointment on line for 1:00 pm after + home Covid test. Filled out all forms on line and arrived at approximately 12:50. Checked in at counter was told they needed to get my documents together. 1 hr later still sitting there. Went yo counter and was told they didn’t know I was there and to scan the QR code to get in the queue. No one could tell me where my place was in the queue or when I would been seen other than I would be seen “when they could get me back there.” The explanation was a new system. I left. Better off in bed than an indeterminate time in the waiting room.
