I was pretty sick so I made a appointment wanted to get a xray. I made a appointment for 10:15 they had some type of emergency probably about an hour into my appointment. No one said hey its going to be extra long because of and emergency. The emergency ended and it still took them almost two hours to get my xray and then it took them over an hour to come tell me what my results are. No one was trying to help me I heard them keep bringing people in. It was ridiculous. The doctor said I should go to the ER to rule out a blood clot if they were worried about that they shouldn't of kept me waiting for three hours. I had to keep asking for water. The whole point of making a appointment is so you don't have to sit there for hours like a emergency room. The service was terrible and I will never go there again.

The nurse practitioner had less than 2 minutes for me. She was going to call a prescription in to Walgreens. (Stated on my discharge papers) I waited an hour at Walgreens, still no prescription. I called urgent care back several times, but their phone quit ringing after 3 rings. I gave up and went home. Poor customer service! I tried Walgreens again the next morning. No prescription had been called in. I quit trying and never got my prescription. Why can’t the phone be answered by a real person at a medical facility??? Inexcusable! Cold bedside manner, rushed and not empathetic at all. I definitely would NOT recommend this facility.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and Timothy Lamanna had the best bedside manner I have ever seen.
