What patients are saying...

I went to get a COVID test for an upcoming procedure. The nurse that administered the swab pushed it so hard up my nose that my head naturally moved back due to the pain. She asked me not to move my head for the next nostril and instead of trusting me not to move, she grabbed the back of my head as she shoved the swab even further up than the first one, hurting me even worse. I now have blockage on that side of my nose and anyone can see that it’s visibly swollen. My test result was negative as I went in for surgery that Sat morning. Sunday morning I woke with fevers of over 103 degrees, vomiting, headaches, pressure behind my eyes, night sweats and occasional coughing. Needless to say, I have since tested positive for COVID and now my husband is sick. My understanding as it takes a few days for symptoms to start. So between my negative result Thursday night and waking up Sunday morning sick makes me wonder if I didn’t pick something up from the actual clinic itself. I’m not going to say that it’s 100% but I’m not impressed with this facility and I wouldn’t rule anything out. It’s disappointing to have been treated so horrible. I did speak to several professionals and they all agreed she should’ve never grabbed my head and even though you need to go a certain depth with the test, that it should never hurt. When I went to get my test done that came back positive, I administered it myself as they watched and they advised me to put the swab in far enough to get a good sample, but not so far that it hurts. Genius!…and it came back positive! Not that I’m happy it came back positive but I appreciate the fact that she said it shouldn’t hurt, and that I still got a sample worthy of a positive result without being hurt. Anyway, rant over… My family and I will never return there and I would never recommend this place.

Very long wait even though very few patients ahead of us. Staff laughing and joking around ignoring us. They do COVID testing and there are no precautions taken in the waiting room.
