Check in went smoothly. However, the nurse I had made me a little uncomfortable. They mentioned they wanted to sue the clinic after they found out I worked for a law firm. I was miserable. Some of the conversations were friendly. But I did feel uncomfortable being asked about legal advice when I’m there for testing/medicine. The next person that came in was also a bit odd.  After I was tested and she read the results she asked what treatment I would like. I said I wanted a steroid shot. She said she would put it in. No one ever came back. I, in fact, got a text saying thank you for your visit. And I was still waiting. I waited around 20 minutes before I poked my head out and asked if someone was coming back. The lady nurse said “uh no.” I said “for my steroid shot?” She looked at the doctor and said “I didn’t know you told me to do that.” The doctor then said “I did. And you didn’t put it in. So now it’s not in. I guess we’re gonna have to turn off Sister Wives.” Frustrating because they forgot I was even there and were watching tv. I was the only person in the waiting room when I arrived. I saw no other patients until I went to leave and there was one other person waiting. It made me wonder how long I would’ve sat in there before they noticed. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Everything went perfect. Scheduling was easy. Check in was fast and efficient. Wait time was longer than I expected, but it's flu season. I get it. Staff asked my 13 year what was wrong, instead of me. I appreciated that. He's old enough and it showed respect for their patient. When I mentioned things he forgot, they listened to me. Great experience all around.

I am an attending/staff physician who has trained hundreds of medical students, residents, fellows and APNs. I am a medical director of a clinic. This particular mid level wins the award for the worst provider I have encountered in my entire career. She cannot read a room, is excessively off-putting, and makes poor clinical judgements. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like details of the encounter. It is very disturbing.

I had been having sinus issues for about 4 days but was worse Friday night. My husband took me Saturday morning & I was just a walk-in, the staff got me in within 30 minutes. All of the staff were very professional & very friendly. I will definitely go here again if needed. I highly recommend them.

I did make an appointment on line and they took the man back first that was filling out paper work. I would think since I scheduled I would have been taken first while he finished his paperwork
