Woke up with a sore throat, fatigue, and sinus pressure. Was able to book an appointment within 20 minutes; waited maybe 10 minutes upon arrival; kind nurse; and very kind provider who took time to listen to my concerns and educated me on current COVID positive protocols. Our families go-to urgent care when needed.

Had a non productive cough got scheduled and seen quick. Ended up at the emergency room. That was the best referral decision. Always a great experience. I highly recommend Baptist Urgent Care.

I was having an allergic reaction to something not sure what. I was given Dexmethasone, epipen, and Benadryl. After this an ambulance was called for me and I was transferred to an ER where I spent hours without any type of treatment and was prescribed pepcid and a steroid. I feel I could’ve waited at the urgent care for the epipen to wear off to ensure I wouldn’t have another reaction. I am still breaking out and itching all over so I never ended up with any help after two different locations. I will NOT be back.

Started feeling bad mid-day and was able to be seen later that afternoon. Wait time was a little longer than expected due to an emergency but the staff was very tentative and keep patients up to date on wait time. Front desk receptionist was friendly. Would recommend
