I had been in the morning before and neglected to update my meds. When my pharmacy was unable to fill one of the prescriptions I saw a commercial for it and realized I couldn't take it. I called the clinic and let them know. The receptionist put me on a brief hold to speak with the provider. When she returned she gave me the information regarding the medication I couldn't take. She reiterated what I was told the day before, if I felt worse or new symptoms to come in immediately or go to the ER. I had a coughing fit and she told the provider and they suggested I get a chest X-ray. When I finally made it back they got me in a room quickly, so I could lay down while waiting on test results. When I arrived at my pharmacy 15 minutes away, my prescriptions were already ready bc of the promptness of them being sent in. The staff at this location are so friendly and caring. Very efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Child woke up with fever on a Sunday morning. So after he laid around most of morning decided to get him checked as he said his ear was hurting. Sure enough ear infection, seen diagnosed and prescription done within an hour. They ruled out flu and covid also. Great job. One complaint is that it was freezing in the building.
