The staff was very detailed and caring. I had no idea I had pneumonia and because they took scans, they found it.

The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The doctor onsite was fantastic and this location is always treated me with the utmost care. Go above and beyond to make sure all is taken care of.

Scheduled online.  Still waited 45 minutes total to see a doc.  Receptionists at desk were wonderful, though. Really, really lovely.

I visited for a common cold. It was easy to schedule a visit. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was satisfied with my wait time. I saw the nurse practitioner who was very nice and efficient. I was in and out of the treatment room in about 10 minutes. Satisfied with my overall experience and would not hesitate to visit there again!

Dr. Bohon is always a pleasure to work with. She is beautiful, kind and efficient. Treats my children with kindness and efficient in her treatment. Definitely recommended! 10 out of 5 starts. :)

I did not know you could schedule an appointment. Thought it was only walk ins. Accordingly my wait time was 2.5 hours. However, once I saw the clinicians it was a top notch experience.  APRN Angela B??? was just outstanding. She seemed tremendously knowledgeable, explained everything throughly and was patient enough to take all the time needed.

Made appt online. Cannot make over phone.  Had to wait 45 minutes then barely saw rn.  Why make appt if you don’t keep them

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the care I received. Ms. Robinson the NP made me feel confident in the diagnosis and the care I received. There was a little confusion at a point in my visit and she came back in to answer my questions. I wish I knew the names of the other people involved in my care because I would give a shout out to each of them. The check appointment process and check in was a breeze using the Solv website. When I arrived the woman at the desk greeted me and was very friendly. The staff member that brought me back and did my vital signs was also very friendly. When the same woman came in to draw my labs, she was very friendly and did a fantastic job. I didn't feel a thing and it was very quick. The woman who did my x-ray was friendly and professional. The process was fast, and I had the results back as quickly as they said they would have them which often isn't the case in modern healthcare. I could tell from the number of people who came and went during my visit, and I knew they were busy. I felt they did a great job of limiting wait times, providing care, and getting me back to work. I would highly recommend the Baptist Urgent Care on Cantrell Road to anyone who needs good care in a timely manner.
