Woke up not filling well booked an appointment for 10:45am I had to wait for 2 hours before being taken to a room at 12:15 once in the room they swabbed me to test for flu and Covid they said the test would take 15 minutes to process I waited in the room until 1 when I opened the door to my room asking how much longer until I was seen finally saw the dr at 120. Disappointed in the wait time when almost all pharmacies close at 2 pm on the weekends

Woke up feeling terrible after fighting a cold for a week and knew something else was going on turns out I have the flu type b. Scheduling my appointment was easy and upon arrival checked and noticed a waiting room full of folks, ended up waiting for 1hr 15 min and over heard that half of there system was down and that was the reason for it taking a while. After being tested for COVID and flu I waited about 45-50 minutes then the nurse practitioner came and said it appeared to be flu type b and said to go with xoflu which worked amazingly the symptoms I was having were a lot better after about 4 hrs!

Have had 2 days of chest congestion. Poor sleep and coughing all through the night. I was unable to be seen by my regular PCP. Glad I went to Baptist Urgent Care this morning. Wait time ok considering I was a walk in. Staff was wonderful. I was awe struck how easy it was to register my information. Very fast and simple. Downloaded the App. Found a reliable back up urgently care.

I had been running fever and feeling really bad and was able to book an appointment the same day. Got there to check in and was told that one of their nurses had an emergency and had to go home, and due to that my appointment was going to take a little longer to get back to see someone. I was ok with that and it did take a little longer to get to be seen, but I got seen and meds sent over to my pharmacy. The whole staff from checking in and being seen were great. I absolutely recommend going to Baptist Urgent Care Clinic.

We were there for 2 hours before seeing the APRN. That seems excessive.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 am and I arrived at 9:00 am as requested to check in. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and they continued to call people back around me even though I had an appointment. When I finally got to the back they ran tests and I left within 20 minutes. The staff was attentive and friendly but I was at the clinic for almost 2 hours.

It was a very busy day at the clinic today and I’m sure sick people were very frustrated when they had to wait long times.  But the online appointments and paperwork completion was simple and effective.  I waited probably about 40 minutes for my call back, but with the number of sick people, I felt it was not a rediculous wait time. Friendly staff apologetic about the wait when it’s beyond their control.

After being turned away at another close by urgent care I have used in the past, this was a pleasant experience.  Will be my first choice in the future.
