Walked in got checked in quickly! Got right back to see  the doc. Felt like she took an interest in what was going on with congestion and ear infection. After all the test and exam was finished. She came in friendly answered all my questions and was well taken care of . Now off to get medicine.

I had flu like symptoms. The receptionist was very nice, prompt, and helpful. The intake nurse was also friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed in the APRN. She was very abrupt. She said that by looking at me before examining me that I must have COVID and the flu. No testing was done because it had been a week since symptoms began. She did not remark on exam findings but ordered chest x-ray. Because of what she saw (not clear on that). She ordered antibiotics. I asked about getting an inhaler due to coughing up yellow mucus. She said I didn’t need it but to take deep breaths because I breathe like a guppie. She said I could leave and no one gave me any information on my plan of care. Thinking back,  I should have asked someone but did not see anyone and did not feel good. I asked the receptionist if I needed to check in with her and she said not unless I needed an excuse note and I did not so I left. I would not recommend this provider. I am curious what was listed as my diagnosis?

Easy to schedule but still waited almost an hour in the patient room.

Went in with flu like symptoms and sure enough, was diagnosed with the flu. The staff including the front desk receptionist and triage personnel were all very friendly. I was seen by Linda Dorris, APRN who was very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely return for any urgent care needs.

I called the VA about my knee. They told me to go to urgent care. I did. It was the easiest time I ever had to walk in show my VA card fill out some paperwork got me in and got my vitals. Got me to a room. saw the doctor got x-rays. Had the doctor come back and tell me it was arthritis that is rubbing on the ligament. The complete staff was outstanding. I wish there was more technicians and doctors and receptionist like you have there, they are very great team and they work very well together they made my experience, very pleasurable and memorable and very easy to get there. Let them do what they had to do and get me out. I thank every one of them for the job they do.

Was able to get in and out no problems. Loved this clinic over the other one in town. Now i did book my appointment online for 6 pm which the staff did call me immediately to inform me they close at 6. Therefore I went sooner but probably need to change available times to book if they close at 6pm. Other than that I will be using this location from now on. Staff was super friendly! Doctor is very knowledgeable. She knew what I had before tests came back.
