Patients with scheduled appointments should have priority over walk ins. I waited over an hour past my appointment time while all of the walk ins were seen ahead of me.

My 2 yr old and I have been seen here and every time there are no issues with scheduling the appointment. Reception, Nurses, and other staff are all very well mannered and helpful. Wait times are usually between 10 to 20 minutes if you check in prior to arrival. Patient room wait times are typical, but this would be my first recommendation to anyone that has Tricare or other applicable healthcare providers! Overall great experience! Total visit time does not exceed 1 hour.

Staff at the Cabot Baptist Urgent Care facility is awesome. They are always caring and concerned with your individual purpose for the visit. This is from the start of your visit to seeing the NP (who is terrific/Sharena Edington). Even in the mist of feeling horrible, I could rest assure that relief  was coming, after being seen by this facility!

I went to my doctor on Wednesday and got treated. I was not feeling any better by Sunday so I made an appt here. I was so impressed with the service and staff, I am leaving my current provider and switching to this facility! They were absolutely amazing and really took care of me. I am so glad I made this decision!

The staff here were beyond amazing, took my condition seriously and jumped to immediately take my vitals and create a treatment plan. I was out in an hour with many prescriptions (much needed for pneumonia), X-rays, and a breathing treatment. You made me feel like you saved my life. I legit couldn’t breathe and you saved me and my sanity. Thank you to the amazing ladies here!
