Fighting a cough for a few days and became worried. I ended up not being able to secure an appointment slot (on a Sunday) since they were all filled, so I just showed up as a walk in. That said, only waited about and hour and a half and the staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely make this my go to spot for Urgent care needs.

I highly recommend! Kayla and Brenda were so kind professional. I will definitely use this urgent care again. The wait time was my fault because I did not book an appointment and just walked in. I waited for a couple of hours and then I was seen. Again, my fault especially this time of year!

I will say that everyone was very nice 😊 The only issue I had was the front desk staff told me that they couldn’t take my HSA card and ask for my debit card. I called today to see why they weren’t taking it and the lady asked for me to give her the information again and accepted it this time. I don’t know what’s going on with the HSA cards, but I don’t want to pay with my debit card. I hope this can be remedy so I can keep coming here because I have always had good experiences with this place. Thank you!!

I had an injury over the weekend to my foot. I was seen on Monday afternoon. The history taking and exam was indepth. I had an x-ray. The Practitioner (Star) informed me that I make have a break. I was instructed to wait for a call about my results. She also instructed me as to what to do next if it was found to be broken. Care and concern was demonstrated by all staff. I did have a broken foot.

Scheduling was simple, wait time was good and staff were friendly. However, I sat in the room for at least a half an hour after they took my throat swab and I received no medication to help me because my strep test was negative. I wasted time & money for no relief and had to stop at Dollar General to get my own meds on my way home. Now I have to go back to work tomorrow still feeling horrible.
