My son woke up with fever, congestion and sore throat. Got an appointment quickly and was in and out in 30 minutes. This was the most efficient urgent care visit that we’ve ever had! Bravo to Baptist Health! The lady who did my son’s vital signs was so kind, helpful and funny. She was a blessing! Keep up the great work, Baptist Health!

I had a soft tissue injury in my hand. I just walked in and was seen very promptly. It was great that the clinic was in the Baptist network so they had access to my records and meds. The Dr was wonderful and wrapped my hand and phoned meds in to my local pharmacy. Everything went very smoothly and I will definitely return if needed. I will also highly recommend it to anyone looking for a walk in clinic.

Went in, got told I had pneumonia. Said they were sending over medication to the pharmacy down the road. Went to the pharmacy, they said they didn’t have it yet. So I pull into the parking lot and wait. They said if I don’t hear anything from text updates within 30 minutes, to call the pharmacy and check on the status. About an hour goes by, I go through the drive thru pharmacy and ask if there was any updates. They tell me they still don’t have the order for me, and they checked the other Walgreens across town and it wasn’t there either. The doctor’s office told me if I wasn’t feeling any better within 24-48 hours I needed to go to the ER. How am I supposed to feel any better if I can’t even get the medication I came for?!

I have been feeling bad for a few days. Went to urgent care and the dtaff was very caring and friendly. The doctor, I saw the compassion in her body language. Jazlyn was very nice as well. Keep up the great work BHUC. Timely, caring and bed side manners 5 stars.

Scheduled online. In and out in less than 30 Minutes. Staff are all awesome. Great bedside manner! Already feel better 6 hrs later. Got a shot and 3 Rx! Highly recommend!

Was a little long of a wait but there was a lot of people getting checked out and I’m naturally a patient person. Can’t be upset about a long wait when there’s people already scheduled, I was a walk-in so I knew it’d be a little long of a wait. Workers were very nice and helpful and I was in and out once I got checked out. Happy I was able to get checked out:) I would recommend anyone to go Baptist Health Urgent care!

I was so impressed with the caring and compassion shown my daughter at this visit. The admin assistant was so helpful as was the nurse and doctor.
