It was great was so happy I went to get some help I needed the help I was so sick but things work out for me I was very satisfied with the care that I got I was so amaze with the the APN that help me I felt so much better that I had a answer to my issues with what was going on we talk he knew exaty what my issues was that what I like about him he took care of me I was back home a resting I would highly recomed this clinic if you need medical care.

I came in for a scratch on my eye. The nurse practitioner was nice and I understand that they don't have the tools to look closely at the cornea, however I was sent home with the advice to go to the eye doctor IF it gets worse. I made it clear that the scratch was from my child's fingernail and was not offered antibiotics or anything for the pain. I chose to go to the doctor the next day and was given both. I feel like my money was taken for care I didn't really receive.

I walked in in with my autistic son thinking he may have a urinary tract infection.  The receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner were super friendly and provided excellent care!   I was super impressed and would highly recommend.

I showed up at a time that you provided me based on what is happening in the building right now, and still waited too long. I get it, it’s healthcare, patients vary. But when I have an expected appointment time, which you just provided, so you should know where you stand time wise, which is much different from making an appointment last week for today and having no idea what today is gonna bring. This was a follow up appt for me as I was just here last week. The lady at the reception desk was the same as last week and was as delightful and helpful as last week. 5/5 stars for her. The nurse who took my vitals was ok. Didn’t introduce himself at all and wasn’t that friendly, but he got the job done. 3.5/5 stars for Aaron. Then more waiting. Then the practitioner arrives to my room, a lot is explained for the delays, God Bless him. Again, zero introduction.  Too much wrong with this visit to even go into here. 2/5 stars for Mr. Balentine DNP
