Not only did they turn me away for not having a primary doctor, the guard and staff didn't allow us to come inside and turned us away outside. Rather go to MD Now across the street. Even though it wasn't Covid related, if you don't have insurance they charge you $100.

Terrible service ! I have to say outside for more than two hours Staff are not friendly at all, I been waiting for a Cov19 test for almost 4 days to be able to go back to work and they didn’t call me ...” They said that they call me and I don’t have any messages or missing calls or email... Hey! This is something serious I don’t go to a urgent care because I don’t have a life...!

My daughter became sick the night before our vacation so we came to this location because they told us they could do a rapid COVID test. When we arrived they rudely told us they wouldn't administer the rapid test, telling us that a runny nose, congestion, headache, and sore throat isn't enough symptoms to get tested. We were supposed to see family (grandparents, etc..) for Christmas. They ruined our Christmas. Don't go here, this is a disservice to the community.

The rapid tests are only if you've had symptoms for lo her than a week. I called before hand and asked about the rapid tests and drove roughly an hour to get there before I was told. It would have been nice to at least be informed before hand. I just ended up leaving.

I felt dismissed. The staff seemed more eager to leave than to help me. I specifically called prior to coming to ensure they could do an x-ray, but nothing was done. I was given this De Quervain's tenosynovitis test and told that because there is pain when I bend to the pinky I had this. But there's pain all over rehardless of which direction I bend. I just don't feel like they cared enough to be thorough the brace they tried to just use hurt worse. There was no solution and I was looking for relief. Disappointed that nothing was resolved such a waste of time and money. I'm still in pain and now I have to go out again. If I wanted to suffer through the night, I wouldn't have come in the first place.
