Thinking of changing to urgent care for my PCP. They've always been there when I needed and just as good as any PCP clinic

I called to make an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I was told that wasn't an option. When in the room they advertised it as an option. I went in to have an x-ray on my toe that I thought was broken. It wasn't. Although; I was in severe pain. They offered me things that I can't take because of my liver. All I needed was at least 2 hydrocodone to get me through until the swelling went down. I bet if it was a drug addict they could get whatever they wanted. Not happy and still in pain.

I went in for sciatica pain. This was my first visit to this facility. On arrival I was greeted with kindness and helped promptly when I gave an expired insurance card. Medical staff was kind and understanding of my pain.  They addressed some other concerns about my health which I can take up with my doctor.  Much appreciated.

I was feeling really bad and when I got to the office and got checked in and only had to wait for about ten minutes to be called back to the room and told the nurse what was wrong and she took my vitals and said the doctor would be here in a few minutes doctor came in and I told her how I was feeling and that I thought I had pneumonia and I had had it several times before she had exrays done and with in 20 to 25 minutes she told me that I had pneumonia in my right lung and she had the prescriptions called in to my pharmacy and told me to take it easy for several days and asked if I needed anything else I told her thank you and I was out the door the people that work there are very nice and have taken good care of me every time I have been there

Phyllis was AMAZING, Candace who got my vitals was very reassuring, Ciara was phenomenal, the Nurse Practitioner I saw, Kristin was a God-send. I have had a previous experience that wasn’t anything to write home about over a year ago that made me reluctant to stop at the clinic again, but I couldn’t get in to see my PCP so I decided to go anyway and I am SO glad I did. I could not be happier with my treatment today.
