Check-in was great and always easy. I had to check three of us in and did so at different times…two of us were positive for strep and we wanted to have the other one swabbed just in case.  Bedside manner was…awkward. She told us that she hoped that “we didn’t get her sick because she had family coming in next week”…awkward. I told her 2-3 times my youngest daughter’s allergies and she still sent in the wrong medicine.  We love Casey and have loved most of your providers but this was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this provider.

Diagnosis was confusing. Xray showed I had a broken leg and was told to go to ER to see is there was a blood clot. Went to ER and he said I was already on 2 blood thinners so no need for scan because blood thinner was what they would prescribe. Said he wanted to do xray to confirm since I was able to walk on it. Xray showed no break so did a scan to confirm and it also showed no break

Nurse did a Covid, Flu, & strep tests. But he didn’t touch the inside of my nose with the cotton swab so there weren’t any nasal secretions on it for accurate tests. Same way with my throat swab. And of course the tests were negative because they had been collected inaccurately. That male nurse or medical assistant was completely incompetent & a smart mouth.

Had not been feeling well for over a week, I was the first patient to show up and I did not have a scheduled appointment, I got right in. The staff was great, I was treated and out of there in less the 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend!

Dr came in with an attitude immediately acting like my toddler would give her problems. My toddler loves trips to the doctor he never gives issues he does better then my 12 year old. To be honest I didn't like the vibe at all. I will go back to the one I normally use the one on rogers by sams club amazing Dr's and staff down there.
