Brought mom in with cellulitis from a leg injury. Front desk was super friendly. Staff was great. Only issue is….whoever took mom’s blood pressure. Blood pressure cuff left a DEEP purple bruise on her arm.  Mom has had her blood pressure taken many times in recent weeks/months with no issues.  I realize elderly people can bruise easily but this was bad.  Things happen….but..

I have long term pain with sciatica especially in my feet and legs. Nothing seems to help much. I went to Baptist health urgent Care to see if they could do anything. Friendly efficient and courteous. She gave me several options about things she could do and explain those things that she could not do. We settled on an option. She called it into the drug store for me and had it delivered. And I slept the whole night for the first time in a long time. I can't thank them enough.
