The wait was an about 1hr but everything else was great

Made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived at 1:52. There were no other patients in the waiting area. It was almost 2:30 before we were called back.

The care is incredibly professional! They diagnosed my problem quickly. I have always loved Baptist Hospital and will definitely go to their Urgent Care again.  I was impressed with their level of care. Thank you to all that took care of me and diagnosed my problem.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Doctor was very knowledgeable of my issue and explained in detail. She did not leave me with any unanswered questions. I definitely will be back if I have any other issues. I’ve come in from time to time because I like the staff and the environment. And have told my friends about the awesome care you guys provide. Thank you again.

The last time I had a UTI the urgent care staff at another facility told me first “we’re trying to get our female patients to fight through their infections naturally” and then “most women who think they have a UTI don’t actually have one.” Like I don’t know my own body! It was an ordeal to get my VERY positive diagnosis and antibiotics. This time, I went to Baptist Health Urgent Care Hot Springs, and they actually believed me. I saw a nurse in less than 10 minutes. She was very friendly and professional. Within an additional 10 minutes I had given my sample and had a confirmation from the doctor, who was also very friendly and professional. Within an hour of stepping into the clinic I was taking my first antibiotics. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was a walk-in patient with a dog bite on my left calf. I chose the Baptist Health Urgent Care on Central in Hot Springs, AR. I was greeted by Jennifer the receptionist who assisted me with my check-in process. She was very friendly and very accommodating. Laura the RN took all of my vitals and history and escorted me to a room. She was also very friendly.  All of this took place in about 10-15 minutes after arrival. NP Angela greeted me in the room and began treatment. Very friendly, thorough, and efficient. Misti, another RN also joined my care team and provided additional care and treatment. It was an amazing experience! Great staff, immaculate facilities, with a tremendous detail to personal care. Probably the best Urgent Care Center I have ever encountered. Thank you so much.
