I was sent to another clinic 20 min away to get a chest x-ray. When I got there, that clinic hadn’t been called and didn’t even have an x-ray tech.

I came in for a very bad sore throat. I was told I had no fever and I tested negative for strep. However when I arrived home my temperature was 102.

After being awake for 10 1/2 hrs due to the consistent pain in my thumb. PA Raquel offered antibiotics as a way to remedy the abscess.  I asked if there was an option to lance. We discussed and I chose to have the abscess lanced. It was painful to get the area numbed but we got it taken care of and an antibiotic was prescribed.  I’m a happier person once the abscess was relieved of the pressure.  Thank you PA Raquel

I want to highly encourage the personnel who send in the prescriptions to be very careful and accurate! My order went to a Walgreens in Jacksonville AL.  It originated in Jacksonville AR and was supposed to go to Walgreens in Cabot AR because they were open on Sunday afternoon. It took effort by the Cabot Walgreens, finding it in the system, a phone call to tha Alabama Walgreens by my daughter who was picking it up for me, and a knowledgeable Walgreens person in Alabama, to get it corrected. It was just before closing when finally corrected!  Close call as I needed it that night!

Scheduled my appointment on line.  When I arrived I checked in with ease, having filled out information on line.  They were very busy. The doctor and nurse were also sending prescriptions to pharmacy and other office work. The waiting room was packed. Even though the staffed were over worked they still remained very nice.

I was a walk-in without an appointment, signed in and waited about 25 minutes to be seen.  The staff was friendly and helpful.

I went here because my doctor was full up. This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had! The young lady at the desk was super friendly and was able to check insurance coverage, and get me in fairly easily. I didn’t even have to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken back. And, Raquel Kendall is a treasure! I know providers may change at UC clinics daily, but I do hope she is there often.
