I was a walk-in and everything was great once I got signed in. The sign-in process was not that easy using the iPad digital sign-in, but I’ll just use the paper sign-in next time. Everyone I saw there was friendly and did a great job with me. I would come back again.

Had Eye problem. Called, and was told I could come as a Walk-in. Did so, got registered in, with a bit of wait, but then nicely accommodated and seen. Dr. Mallet and Staff readily got me taken care of and feeling better! Thanks for your service - have recommended BHUC to others.

Pull the muscle in my back lifting my grandson I did a walk-in and got in quickly, was diagnosed and out the door in no time. I definitely recommend this provider.

My second time here within last 7 months. Great experience each time. Was in and out within 40 minutes today. I wished I remembered my provider’s name, but she was fantastic.

Provider sent someone in to convince me to leave without even being seen (just write a prescription). Then after seeing me, walked out of the room giving zero directions, I had to wander out asking what was next, she shouted from behind a partition that the prescription would be called in. Turns out, the prescription wasn't sent in at all, resulting in me spending 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone in the phone, only for them to not send it AGAIN! 10/10 would not use this provider.

I’ve been having trouble with my BO for the past few w. I was able to get in to see the doctor with a quickness. She sent me to the emergency room but she also was able to give me some information on what to do about my health.

Everyone was excellent and very professional it was a speedy process I love it and I definitely be going back no more hospitals for me

Was able to walk in to be seen for flu-like symptoms. However, the provider told me during my visit that because I have chronic illness that I need to be seen by a provider that knows me instead of coming to urgent care. I can’t always get sick appointments with my PCP, which is why I chose urgent care. The provider also argued with me about what medications I needed after I told her I had multiple chronic illnesses and had been sick for over a week. Once we did settle on a medication to be prescribed, she told me that I could google to see if that medication would interact with the meds I currently take instead of looking herself or asking for my list of current medications. It can be so hard to get any urgent care or ER provider to listen to you and help you when you are “regular person” sick on top of chronic illness sick, which is absolutely appalling. Would not recommend this provider.

Staff was friendly and helpful made me feel at ease I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait long to be called back or to see the provider was in and out within an hour
