Horrible.  I scheduled my appointment around 12:30, arrived at 2:00 for my 3:00 appt and wasn’t seen until 4:45.  I have Covid and set in your waiting room w numerous people for almost 3 hours.  Your walk-in appts need to take the next available appt not put them in front of appts.  I won’t go back or recommend your clinic.  Several people with appts cancelled.  I can’t believe Baptist health lets you use their name.  Says a lot

When the Doctor came in He just confirmed what my Regular Doctor told me over the phone. He said that the xrays that he took that there was something wrong with it being slow. He said he would send them to me on email Never got anything. He told me to go to the Ortho place and get a MRI. I went but was Closed. Went today and had to do xrays again just like the clinic. Have to wait til Monday to get MRI appt. I better not get charged for those xrays that I never got.

Woke up feeling terrible, tried to push through it, decided to go to Urgent Care. I booked online with ease but when I arrived the front desk staff wasn’t too friendly and was very short and non informative on next steps. I asked if I could sit in my car to wait and she stated yes, when they text me and advised they were ready to see me I went right in (no less than 30secs) when I got in, the front desk lady stated they took someone else back in my place. I realized it was a walk in (as she stated) that came in after me. She advised it wouldn’t be too much longer but I waited another 30mins (I didn’t go back out to my car, in fear of loosing my place in line again).  Once I went back, the nurse was very welcoming and friendly as well as the APRN, in fact some of the best care I’ve received. They were awesome. When I came back out, the front desk lady, I suppose had a change of heart because she was asking lots of questions about my day and even shared her thoughts as I waited for paperwork.  Overall my experience was good and I would recommend this Urgent Care to family and friends.
