Everyone from when I walked in to when I walked out was top line professionals!  They were very attentive and courteous the whole time.  I was driving through for the night and had a medical issue.  I chose this location due to previous reviews.  I think the reviews did not give this group enough kudos!!  Top notch!!

Couldn't even prescribe basic pain med with my face swollen three times bigger than normal. I am in so much pain and so disappointed that they acted like they could do nothing. I didn’t even ask for opioids or anything strong. What kind of urgent care can’t prescribe basic pain meds!

Walked into the clinic and received care with a few minutes. It was really a great experience when you are not feeling well, very low stress.

I started having ear pain in September 2024 which never resolved with another provider. This condition worsened.  Contacted urgent care, was able to schedule and be treated.  Staff was awesome and the clinic was neat and clean in its appearance.  Highly recommend this clinic.

Came in with a sore throat wanting to be tested for strep. Everything went great until the nurse practitioner came in with my results- negative for strep but that they would send off a culture which would take days to come back. She then asked me if I was “going around kissing a ton of people” with no context then later said that she said that because of mono? But then didn’t want to look into it further? She then told me she would write me a prescription for a mouth wash and rushed me out. I felt very rushed and like I had just wasted my time. She didn’t even acknowledge that my throat was red and swollen. She made me feel like I had just gone in for no reason.

I was snowed in when I was beset with sudden and uncomfortable symptoms of a urinary tract infection. I didn't have an appointment when I could come in around 2 on Sunday afternoon. There was a room full of people waiting for treatment, so, understandably, it took 1.5 hours to be seen. All processes for checking in were smooth and cordial and I received prompt and courteous attention and treatment. I would recommend this provider for your healthcare needs.

Was a walk in. Star was very helpful and informative. Listened to my concerns and was able to assist with my needs. My visit was not rushed even though there was several people ahead of  me that had appointments and as well as walk ins.
