What patients are saying...

Went to the clinic with health concerns. Did not have an appointment, but was checked in quickly and was able to see the APRN in a very reasonable amount of time. I was treated respectfully and felt that my concerns were taken seriously by both the medical assistant and the RN. I would certainly use this clinic in the future and would recommend Baptist Urgent Care to my family and friends.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I needed to see a medical professional for an illness that occurred on Saturday night. Your staff on Sunday was as good as any I have ever had. Thanks for all of the effort by your staff.

I’m so impressed by the quality of care I received at this clinic. Other than the online check in process, I have no complaints. (My husband wouldn’t have been able to handle it at all.) The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and the nurse practitioner knew her stuff. I’ll definitely be using this place in the future!

I woke up with coughing, drainage and fever. I was able to schedule an appointment within 45 minutes of waking. I only waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes or so. The staff was friendly. However, I do not feel my symptoms were addressed and I felt as if I was brushed off a bit.

Doctor is amazing! The nurse who came to get me from the waiting room said it was too early for an xray and basically told me there was nothing to do. I insisted she ask the doctor if she wanted to refill a Rx or anything as pneumonia is not something to mess with. The doctor came out and took great care of me.

I was able to get a urine test immediately, got the results and made it to my pharmacy before they closed! I told the staff they earned an A+!
