Went in at the last minute without an appointment with a persistent cough I just couldn’t control. I was in and out in an hour!!! Everyone was pleasant and helpful from start to finish which means so much when you just don’t feel good! Really positive experience, and I’m improving steadily!

I was sent here from another Baptist Health urgent care center for an Xray. The young man that came to get me for the X-ray walked me to the Xray room and told me to take my bra off. He did not offer me a gown or anything the cover up with. He told me just to put my top back on when I asked for a gown. My top had a large zipper in the front of it and he told me that it would be fine. I told him that doing a chest Xray was not going to work with the zipper in the way. Then I finally got a gown that he had to go look for in another area. I explained to him that I was high risk for leukemia snd need extra radiation protection. He had no idea how to use a lead apron for protection. He even said  to put the apron on over my chest snd that he would take the Xray through the lead. He said he was going to get his supervisor to talk him through the process. He comes back with a young lady pretending to be his supervisor. She did not understand radiation protection either.  I also asked the young man to columate  closer to my body. Instead, he opened it wider. I then asked if he was a radiologist Tech. He mumbled and I told him I did not understand him . Would he please repeat what he said. He refused and said he was not going to do my Xray.  I then proceeded to check out. The front desk girl would not give me the supervisor’s name or number. Neither would she tell me the Xray person’s name.  I would NEVER recommend this clinic!  I will probably turn them into the radiation safety office for Arkansas. These people were not trained in radiation. They could not have passed a test to be registered. The patient care I received at this facility was below any I have ever received.

My daughter had been battling a rash on her face. We were able to schedule an appointment to get there within 30 minutes and back on our way within an hour with antibiotics.  As it was a snow day, the doctors office from recommended a pharmacy that would be open so that we could get the needed medicine.  We have visited several times and always get excellent service.
