I was very pleased. I went online to schedule an appointment and that process was easy. The front desk attendant who also took my vital was very prompt and sweet. The doctor came in shortly after and tested me. I was diagnosed and had prescriptions in no time. The doctor also was prompt and very caring. Best experience I’ve had in a long time!

Wasn’t feeling well and decided to see my doc but couldn’t get in for a day so booked online same day at Baptist Urgent Care NLR. Easy peasy. Did have to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time but the staff were friendly, efficient, and professional.

Wanted to schedule an appointment for Sunday but no times were available.  Scheduling for Monday was fine however my appointment time was 5:20 and was not called back until 6:10. Waited even longer in the exam room, probably another 10-15 min.   The PA listened to my chest and pushed on my forehead but did not check my ears or nasal area even though possible sinus infection was my reason for scheduling. She didn’t give me anything for the congestion or offer any suggestions. She only prescribed me an antibiotic and sent me in my way. I had a more thorough experience the last time. The staff was all friendly.
