I went into my appointment nervous and anxious. The doctor listened and was amazing!!! As well as the nurse I had! The staff is amazing!! Yes I had to wait a little bit but they made up for it with how kind they were!

The provider listened to my concerns and addressed each of them. She provided options when there were any. Every staff member I interacted with was amazing. I would highly recommend your clinic.

This office has really improved service and flow of visits since first opening.

My baby has been sick for a while, so his grandmother took him in to be seen at the Baptist Urgent Care in Van Buren. Now this was his third time seeing a doctor in the past month, and he really didn’t feel well. The provider he saw ended up recommending that my son go to the ER for IV antibiotics. So, I met my son and his grandma at Mercy.  We waited four hours just for the ER resident and attending to disagree with the treatment plan that the urgent care had sent us over for. They recommended a SHOT of antibiotics. Something that could have been done at the urgent care. Now we will have an ER bill and we wasted half a day at the ER. It was a bad call from the urgent care. One that I didn’t completely understand, but also didn’t question. Next time I will. I’m not mad at the provider because I’m sure her intentions were good, but I am frustrated by her decision that wasted our time as well as the ER providers.

I walke in the clinic very sick. The whole team from Kim, Angie, Randi and Tony were exceptional and took very good care of me. Would recommend.

Scheduled my appointment online early morning. Quick and easy. Checked in when I got there. Went in and sat for a few minutes before being called back. The nurse and doctor were very attentive. Great bedside manner.
