What patients are saying...

I had an appointment at 4 o’clock and was not seen until almost 6 o’clock with my sick child. I was not told to go elsewhere to cut into the wait time or told about the long. Wait when I walked in when you book an appointment you expect for that to be within an hour. Absolutely unacceptable will not be back to this location.

Had a terrible night with a headache, body ache, coughing. My 5 year old daughter too. Same symptoms but with high fever. Booked an appointment online, so easy you can do it sick. Booked an appointment for my daughter and me for separate times but right next to each other. I filled out the paperwork before we went. So easy. I checked in when I got there through the text message portal. You can see your place in line. The receptionist even called to get me in before my scheduled time. Paid my copay and sat down for maybe 5 minutes. They were packed too. Ended up seeing my us together. It was so helpful. We were in and out in less than a hour and a half. The staff was so kind and gave us great care. There was no questions or confusion. I love it here!
