Everything was so nice from reception, double masking and cleanliness. Next Nurse Kathy was so sweet and made me feel comfortable about my worries and then Dr.Carbonnel finished it all up and assured me I was going to be ok. She was thorough and took care of my needs and fixed the problem JUST LIKE THAT❗️Great experience her

This urgent care clinic are total crooks. They have a chart on the waiting room with all their prices. So, you could think they are honest. Not at all! the price depends on the level of care you receive. I went there 2 times. the first time, they did an x-ray because I was complaining about chest pressure and they thought it could be a pneumonia. finally, it was only a bad cold. I had to pay 1250$ for that visit. I asked what does it covered and they could just tell me that I received Level 3 care, but could not explain why they applied that specific level! then I was not feeling better, so I went back (before receiving the bill for the 1st visit). it was a quick visit and still just a cold according to them. again, 650$ bill! They are dishonest crooks. they bill you whatever they want! I've ever dealt with anyone like that. STAY AWAY SO YOU DON'T BECOME A VICTIM LIKE I AM

This urgent care clinic are total crooks. They told me my visit was going to be $295, I thought it was high for a walk in clinic and just received my crooked bill for $1247. They are dishonest crooks, I've ever dealt with anyone like them. I'm going to take them to court. I would rather ruin my great credit score then give these lieing crooks a penny. STAY AWAY SO YOU DON'T BECOME A VICTIM LIKE I AM
