Whole house has had the gunk .. everyone has been seen here over the last month and we absolutely love it. Wait time can be long but its an urgent care so that’s expected unless its not packed

My visit was an absolute waste of time! I was so sick my fever was up to 103 the lady taking my vitals and running my tests for strep, flu & covid (and I am not exaggerating) hardly grazed my forehead with the thermometer, she touched the swab to the lining of my nose, and hardly grazed the inside of my cheek with the other so of course all of my tests came back negative. The dr comes in and is extremely unfriendly, she asks if I could have been exposed (I have kids OF COURSE I COULD BE EXPOSED) the dr then proceeds to question my parenting like I wouldn’t have already taken them to their pcp if they had these issues! She was absolutely zero help I had to ask for a shot to help me feel better since she wasn’t planning on doing anything for me. She told me if I was on my deathbed I needed to go to the er. To my surprise I ended up in the er a few hours later with a 104.2 fever and tested positive for strep.. do better! You are a waste of medical resources! Even if you “couldn’t” do anything for me you could have been a better person! Oh and the lady who did my shot didn’t even put a bandage over it which was super weird to me.

Was in the waiting room for 3 hours and once I did make it back there, 3 swab tests were done for flu, covid, and strep, asked a few questions and within 10 minutes I heard the generic “this is what’s going around” bs. Was told to take Tylenol and Flonase and sent out the door. NO COCKTAIL AHOTS BC THEY’RE out?! That’s why i came, to get some quick relief and an actual diagnosis. Cost me $120, my time, and didn’t help ONE bit. Disappointed and frustrated doesn’t begin to describe it, especially when I visit the doctor twice a year. When something is wrong, SOMETHING is wrong.

I had chest congestion for too long before I tried to get an appointment with my regular doctor. I was able to get in the same day here and learned a few things.  The nurse practitioner explained that 89 and 90% oxygen is “not good enough” and I should be more concerned. I did a nebulizer treatment and brought numbers up. They asked me more than once if I had questions. Gave instructions.. took the time to be thorough. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Everyone was so polite from beginning to end. The lady at the front desk, the lady who weighed me and talked with was awesome. The doctor did a great job too and the lady who gave the shot was amazing. This service was quick, right and polite.
