Woke up what are unusual pain in my stomach and chest I had for a day or two. Decide to go to urgent care instead of an emergency room. I was able to go in as a walk-in. I was seen in less than 15 minutes after being checking in. I had an EKG done there on the spot what all the rest of my vitals. I was in and out within 40 minutes what prescription sent to my pharmacy. The NP was very knowledgeable about my issue the nurses assistance were a very nice gray bedside manners and friendly staff. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. I had to ask for a facemask as there were none available at the counter. I was told to check in with the IPad which I did. I sat for nearly 35 minutes and finally the person at the desk told me I had to fill out more paperwork and sent a link to my phone. I did that and waited some more. I had questions regarding the payment and asked what I might be charged if I ran it through insurance. The desk person said they had no idea. (Not very helpful or friendly). I noticed that all of the people that came in after me were taken back before me. I asked why that was and was told it was because I hadn't filled out the forms. (I would have filled out the forms when I arrived, which is usual, but was not asked until later.) I sat for another 40 minutes. Finally, I was taken back and checked out by the technician, who was friendly and caring. I was given some lab tests and had to wait for results. The physician came in and gave me the diagnosis, listened to my lungs, and told me he'd give me prescriptions. He was kind and spoke well. However, if he was in the room for 5 minutes, that would be long. When I got home, I had a question, so I called. After many repeats of a recorded message, I was finally able to leave a message. Several hours have passed and no one has called me back. I called a second time and am waiting some more. I'm not sure I would go back here. Other than the technician who actually cared for me, I was just another body moving through the system.

I needed my 80 year old mom to be seen and I called and the front desk young lady Jessica said it was not crazy busy ! We arrived  at 4 and out by 4:40’ NP Nicole was great professional and on my moms needs to get rid of the nasty cough! Mom really like her and would be back if needed to be seen in that setting !

Staff were very nice but seemed like lip service. Told us what medications would be sent to pharmacy but only sent one (1) of three(3). Called two times and left two messages but received no call back and the two prescriptions not sent were never received by pharmacy. I need those medications to recover. The pharmacist stated this is not uncommon with medications sent via online. Receipt should have been verified.  We finally did receive other two prescriptions. Thank you very much!

I arrived to the emergency care with out an appointment.  From the time I arrived to the time I left the emergency care, I was treated extremely well.  Every one was friendly, profesional and knowledgeable.  My total time at the emergency care took less than half hour. It was a great experience.

Everything was wonderful. The only complaint was the wait. I had an appointment so I thought it would go quicker than a walk in but I was there almost 2 hours but the staff was wonderful.
