I was a walk-in with problems with congestion. I was the only patient there when I arrived. The person at front desk was rude at best as I felt as though I was preventing her from closing early. (I was there an hour and half before closing). She never greeted me I had to ask if I was supposed to check-in with the iPad.  Her response was “yeah” with an attitude and barely looked up.  I wondered about wait time as I was only person there and realized when I left that she sent forms to be completed to my phone which was left in vehicle. She finally gave me paper forms to complete and handed them to me like she was mad at the world. Once I was seen by the practitioner the care was great.  The practitioner was very professional and personable and provided great care, which somewhat made up for the rudeness of the front. If that person is at the front the next time I need medical help, I will turn around and go elsewhere.  Her attitude sure didn’t help me feel better, but thankfully the practitioner did.

What a wonderful experience! This was not my first visit. However, every visit has been the most pleasant and effortless medical appointment I've ever been to! Appointments are extremely easy to schedule. The wait time is so quick, it's almost like ordering food! The nursing staff always treat you as if you're a part of their family. Whatever you need, let the team know and they will help you as much as they can!
