Excellent in every way! Should I ever need any more medical attention of this nature, I hope to return to this facility. Germantown has always proven itself to be far and above better than any other in this city. This business is no exception.

Booking an appt was easy. Waiting get triaged someone took about an hour. Waited another 30 mins to see the practitioner.  Sent home with no physical instructions. Not sure of I'd recommend this location.

I had to have a biometric screening for work and I am terrified of needles. However, Danielle was the most gentle person I have encountered in a while. She was friendly and respectful of my feelings to the point that she had placed the needle in my arm and was filling valves with my blood before I realized I had been stuck. I thank God for gentle people like Danielle 👍

I booked an appointment for their last available time, with hopes of getting there early. I ended up getting there 5 minutes until they closed. I absolutely HATE being that guy, but I was desperate. My ears were full of earwax and I needed HELP. Thank God for the staff there because they helped me out to where I could hear and got me feeling better. I appreciate every last person there that helped me out. Everything about my time was great, the care, the staff, checking in. It was amazing. They told me to come back to finish up and I will, but I will make sure I come back in the afternoon haha. Thanks again to everyone there!

I was able to get an appointment for when I got off of work. It was super easy to get the time I wanted. Maybe because it’s a new location, it’s still like a secret garden! Everybody was super nice from check in to leaving. I feel like I got great care. I got good information. My two suggestions would be to have access to Baptist patient records. That would be helpful to the provider and for the patient. And I was going to try to move my appointment up and I couldn’t figure out how to do a change appointment time. So that might need to be added to the website.

I was in and out within 20minutes and the staff was great but I did feel like the doctor had already  decided that she was going to give me before she ever saw me
