I was a walk-in patient yesterday morning. I did not have to wait long before being seen.  Staff was friendly and professional. They treated my injury and explained the follow up plan, including promptly contacting my pharmacy.

I was told at my appointment that I would be getting a call with my lab results in the next couple of days. A week passed and I had not gotten a call from anyone. I called this morning and the lady told me I had to come in just to get my results which I thought was too much considering I don’t live in the area I just wanted verbal confirmation on my results. I went in anyways and the practitioner couldn’t even read the results, almost like she had never seen a lab result paper in her life. I got my answer as far as my diagnosis but left still very confused as to what my lab results actually say because the practitioner didn’t even seem sure herself. I won’t be returning to this clinic.

Had heard great things from several people who had been there- and I agree. Check in easy. Very friendly staff and NP would definitely recommend

Had a kitchen accident with a knife and was able to quickly schedule an appointment online to avoid a wait and to check whether my insurance was accepted. Check in was quick. All staff from the front desk to NP were kind and empathetic. Care was helpful and quick all things considered (it did take a while to get my bleeding under control). The NP walked me through everything and the post care instructions were clear. Overall positive experience for a not so great moment.

I scheduled my appt online. I was able to upload all the documents and fill out all the paperwork prior to arrival. I arrived 20 minutes before my appt online. I was triaged and seen prior to my appt time. Everyone was friendly and fast.

Everything was pretty good but the wait time was too long. By the time I got there until the time I left, it was almost two hours.

Everyone in the clinic was helpful and kind.  I was very impressed.  The computers were down when I was there about took a bit longer than it would have otherwise.  I would definitely recommend and use again.

My daughter made appointment with ease got there was seen shortly. I love the app checked in all information on file. Receptionist very friendly professional. Nurse called out vitals numbers love that. Immediately after nurse get your symptoms perform test the doctor came right on explained diagnosis. Explained medicine called your medicine in. Everyone was very nice, concerned and everyone said they hope I feel better. That's awesome!

Went into the app this morning and booked appointment for 10 and saw Dr Nathan.  In and out in about 20 minutes.  Great service 👍
