I took my 96 year old mom to get a tetanus shot and see if there was a small object in her heel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse who gave the shot was excellent. Mom didn’t feel anything. Another person examined the area and did not find anything, which was a relief!

The lovely lady at the front desk was awesome and very welcoming. When I got back to see the nurse practitioner. She was super listen to all my elements and took very good care of me. I appreciate them all. This is my first visit and I will be back.

I was disturbed about being given a covid test versus the real issue at hand. I was prescribed medicine and the real problem was known. I was not sent to have an ultrasound or cat scan to address the issue. I am not taking the medicine until I know what the issue is. I want to get better NOT mask something to cause other problems. Now days were just given medicines and not further investigate the problem.

I have been sick for a few days and getting worse. I haven’t been able to get in and see my regular doctor, so I stopped by the Baptist Clinic. They were very friendly and welcomed me to stay and wait to be seen. I had bronchitis that was steadily getting worse. They made sure my breathing was good before I left the office as well as having prescriptions available to help me heal. They are way better than my PCP who acted like I was bothering them because I needed them for being sick and not just for a prescheduled visit.  This is how patients should be treated and I think I need to find a better PCP.
