Your staff person called in a prescription for me, but I don’t know when it is going to arrive at my pharmacy.

Woke up congested, aches, sore throat. Unable to book with my PCP. Was able to schedule a video chat with your nurse prac that next morning. She was so helpful, informative, and kind. I saw her and hand antibiotics within 45 minutes. So convenient when you don't feel like sitting a doctor office. I will refer you to my coworkers and family and will be using you again in the future. Such a great service.

Dr Odom was severely nice she listened to me and she took care of what's going on with me she was concerned and the staff there that I talked to today was very friendly and helpful I would definitely choose urgent care in fort Smith again

The Dr was very nice and quick to help us. So appreciated. The prescription was not exactly what was needed when I picked it up at the pharmacy but hoping to get it fixed.

I tested positive for covid. I was able to get an appointment and talked with someone quickly.

Woke up during the night with, chills and Covid symptoms. At home test was positive, I was able to use telemedicine for an appointment as opposed to sitting in my doctor’s office. Staff was great, even began call before appointment time!

Easily able to schedule telehealth visit and APRN was very nice and attentive to how I felt… thank you.

I booked a 9:00 at 8:30. Opened waiting room at 8:45. Waited until 9:30 and nothing. Rescheduled for 10. Got on at 8:45 waited until 9:30 still nothing. Canceled appointment Rescheduled the only available was 5:00. Got on at 4:45, call was joined at 5:09, a little better but I waited a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes. That's ridiculous. I think I'm going to find another urgent care provider.

Had terrible pain from back spasms and was about to be seen quickly easily and from the comfort of my own home. Was prescribed medication that quickly helped me have relief. Highly recommend.
