Staff was very nice, friendly. Dr was friendly and very thorough about discussing my symptoms and medicines to relieve my cough. I was put in exam room and waited an hour before being seen. Did not seem to be overly crowded, only 2 people in waiting area when I arrived.

The receptionist was not there yet for me to ask a question when I was checking in because there had been a power outage that morning and everyone left. As the clinic re-opened I was told by another person at the clinic to press a certain button when it asked about insurance and payment. That caused me to have to leave my debit card info on file. I have never had to do that before. After the nurse got back to the clinic, we were put in a room where the paper on the table had creases on it and you could tell someone before us had sat on the table. Again, I understand the power had gone out earlier, but I would have checked the room before putting someone else in there. I pulled the paper down to the end of the table so my child could sit down. My child came in coughing a lot and complaining about his chest, scratchy throat, stuffy nose, etc. I just figured someone would have listened to his chest/lungs and maybe looked at his throat. The only thing checked was his temperature and ears and he was swabbed for flu. The experience was just different from past experiences. That’s all. The staff was friendly though.
